The Role We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and fashion-savvy. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences and building lasting relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques. Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, stock handling, and inventory management. Process transactions and assist with stock management Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. What You’ll Bring Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or fashion preferred) Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, team-oriented attitude 37.5 hours per week ( Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat roster) Why Coach?
