The Opportunity Toll People are seeking a highly motivated Transport Administrator to join our West Gosford team in a maternity relief position. This is an exciting chance to step into the fast-paced world of transport and logistics, where no two days are the same. Approximate hours will be Monday to Friday 10.30am/11am start to 6pm What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting drivers, customers, and the operations team with essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Managing KPO connotes, manifest setups, envelopes, and related entries Handling pallet dockets - checking, endorsing, collating, and forwarding to our offshore team, plus filing Maintaining driver run sheets and manifests, ensuring accurate filing and tracking Processing client pre-alerts and managing bookings Managing proof of delivery documents and finalising transport paperwork Responding to customer service queries - via phone and email - with a focus on fast, friendly support Coordinating delivery requests and dock searches, liaising with warehouse team members Supporting driver debriefs and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate What We're Looking For Strong administrative and data entry skills with great attention to detail Confidence using internal systems, and other software such as Excel, and internal reporting tools Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - to liaise with drivers, customers, and colleagues Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment Prior experience in transport or logistics highly regarded Why Join Us?
