An established and well-respected real estate agency in Melbourne’s inner west is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with 2–3 years of commercial sales or leasing experience who is ready to build on their career with the support of an experienced and collaborative team. What’s on Offer Competitive base salary generous uncapped commission structure Opportunity to work across a diverse commercial portfolio (retail, office, industrial, development sites) Supportive leadership with strong market presence in the inner west Professional growth and career development within a high-performing agency About the Role: Manage end-to-end leasing and sales transactions across a variety of commercial assets Develop and maintain strong client relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors Prepare and present marketing campaigns and property documentation Conduct market research and provide insights to clients to maximise outcomes Work closely with senior team members to drive business growth and deliver excellent results About You: 2–3 years of proven experience in commercial sales and/or leasing A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or equivalent licence) Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals Self-motivation, professional presentation, and a results-driven mindset A genuine interest in building a long-term career within commercial real estate A current drivers license and access to vehicle A current national police check or willing to obtain one How to Apply If you have the skills, experience, and drive to succeed in this role, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your fit-out experience and contract management expertise.
