Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring and maintaining automated equipment and control systems Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues quickly to minimise downtime Adjusting and optimising PLC-controlled processes for peak performance Supporting continuous improvement, safety, and compliance initiatives About You Electrical trade qualification and relevant licences (essential) Proven automation and PLC programming/diagnostics experience (absolute must) Industrial or hatchery/poultry experience (highly regarded) Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety and compliance Food safety knowledge or experience (preferred) If you're interested to learn more about this role, apply direct and Adam will be in touch for a confidential discussion.
