Where you will be working: An exciting prospect awaits at one of Australia's leading engineering consultancies, entirely Australian-owned! Situated in Brisbane CBD, conveniently close to public transport. What will you be doing: Ensure the efficient operation of the Brisbane office while providing comprehensive support to internal stakeholders and teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth office operations, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment. Duties will include: Handle incoming calls, deliveries, and office supplies. File and organise receipts for Directors’ credit card transactions. Organise staff engagement activities and sponsored events. Manage the Client List and coordinate Christmas gifts and cards. Ensure the office, including storage areas, is clean and organised. Coordinate and manage travel bookings for QLD staff. Assist Bids Team with Folder and File creation. Draft bid letters and follow up teams to assist in the delivery of proposals. Assist with planning and executing all Brisbane Office Events and support the National Events and Marketing team, dedicating approximately 4 days per month to these activities. Initiate and set up new projects, including phases and disciplines. Handle ongoing project adjustments, additions, and variations. Monthly reporting to assist the QLD Executive team. Ideally you will have 2-3 years experience in a similar role It goes without saying you’re someone who thrives in a fast paced ever changing environment.
