Based primarily at our busy counter sales area, your day-to-day will include: Providing knowledgeable customer service and promoting a wide and varied product range. Handling customer enquiries and requests – in person, over the phone, and via email. Offering accurate product and pricing advice with confidence. Proactively maintaining strong, ongoing customer relationships. Ensuring all orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
