The Role: Our participant is a Male in his late 50's with a spinal cord injury who requires support Monday to Sunday. He is part of the church community and has fostered over 40 children during his time loves bass fishing, the outdoors, and his family. Approx shift times: Mon-Sun Monday 6am-8am, 11am-1pm, 8.30pm-10.30pm Tuesday 6am-8am, 8.30pm-10.30pm Wednesday 6am-8am, 11am-1pm, 8.30pm-10.30pm Thursday 6am-8am, 8.30pm-10.30pm Friday 6am-8am, 11am-1pm, 8.30pm-10.30pm Saturday 6am-8am, 8.30pm-10.30pm Sunday 6am-8am, 8.30pm-10.30pm Rates Day - $40 per hour Afternoon - $ 44 per hour Saturday - $56 per hour Sunday - $ 72 per hour Duties Assistance with high care personal cares Catheter Care Bowel Care Manual handling such as transfers, hoisting and slide sheets Assisting with community access health and rehab appointments Skills and experiences Australian Driver Licence Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care Current National Police Clearance within 12 months Current Blue Card Current Yellow Card NDIS Worker Orientation Module NDIS Support Effective Communication Module Reliable, proactive and positive attitude Administer medication certificate
