We’re currently partnering with a global organisation in the consumer goods sector who are seeking an experienced Inventory or Operations Administrator to step into a 6–9 month temporary assignment (with potential to extend). The Role: This role will see you working within a fast-paced operations environment, providing critical support across consignment stock management, reconciliation, and reporting. What You’ll Be Doing Tracking and reconciling consignment stock across the company's retail locations. Investigating discrepancies in stock and serial numbers, working closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders. Supporting cycle counts and ensuring reporting accuracy. Preparing reconciliations and reports across Excel (SumIF & XLOOKUP), Salesforce, and JDE . Assisting with logistics coordination (shipping & container planning). Contributing to new product processes and ensuring stock accuracy across systems. What We’re Looking For Strong administration skills with a background in inventory, operations, or stock-related support. A naturally analytical mindset – curious, detail-driven, and able to problem-solve beyond following a process. Confident Excel skills (SumIF & XLOOKUP essential). Exposure to ERP systems such as Salesforce, JDE, or similar. Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Stakeholder engagement skills – able to liaise confidently with sales, supply chain, and operations teams. Benefits Opportunity to work with a reputable global organisation .
