Why is this role for you? You have always wanted to build luxury homes. Each one is unique and presents a new challenge each time, which is far more interesting than delivering the same old projects which you do in your current role. Some luxury home builders have reputations for not being organised and building in old school ways, but not these guys. They have a director who has worked for some of the biggest builders in NSW so he has set them up the right way and processes and systems are all in place. You won't need to fix a whole load of problems when you start. Communicating with others comes easy to you and you’d have no issues chatting to the client and being presentable on site. Somethng you'd do a lot more than a typical CA role. You are keen to learn more from others and with the SM PM on this project being extremely experienced and approachable you’d be able to soak up all their knowledge making you a great PM very soon. Your starting salary will be $160k-$180k plus super range and this will constantly go up as you pick up new skills. Earn as you learn as they say.
