We’re currently seeking a Casual Customer Experience Representative who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to take on a vital role within our team. About the Role As part of Pacific Smiles your role will involve: Making outbound calls to patients Managing cancellations and rescheduling Handling inbound calls with professionalism and care Booking patients in for routine check and cleans This is an on-site, casual ongoing role at our Glendale Centre. Days: Monday to Friday Hours: Flexible – with options such as a half day on Fridays Flexibility in start/finish times may be offered for the right candidate What We’re Looking For At Pacific Smiles, we take pride in the service we offer our patients, and that starts with our team.
