Our client in the accounting industry is seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their team in Melbourne’s inner- eastern city fringe. Full time permanent role in an established firm Attractive salary range of $80,000 – $85,000 super , depending on experience Collaborative team culture with ongoing professional support Key Responsibilities Practice Support : Assist the Practice Manager with daily operations and ad hoc projects Accounts Receivable: Prepare daily banking, including processing receipts. Debtors Management : Liaise with clients regarding outstanding accounts. Bookkeeping Support: Help the Practice Manager with data entry for the firm and projects. IT Liaison: Act as the internal contact for the team, liaising with external IT providers. Office & Property Maintenance: Manage day-to-day issues and liaise with the Property Manager. Database Maintenance: Maintain practice management systems and databases. General administration: Filing, photocopying and scanning. Project Work: Assist with digital record archiving and file management Ad Hoc Duties : Perform additional tasks as required. Qualifications Proven experience in an accounting firm or professional financial services firm Proficiency in MYOB Accountants Enterprise preferred; experience with Xero or QuickBooks is also advantageous.
