About The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to take their service and coordination skills to the next level. Working in a team of 12, you will play a crucial role in coordinating urgent requests, answering calls, and allocating technicians to ensure safety across Australia and New Zealand. With a two-week structured training program, you’ll be supported step by step before managing calls independently. This role is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail, composure, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. DUTIES Handle inbound calls from clients, building managers, and passengers Make outbound follow-up calls to stakeholders Log and process work orders received via phone and email Allocate technicians to breakdowns and emergency callouts Prioritise and escalate urgent jobs where needed Liaise with engineers and internal teams for smooth coordination Maintain accurate system records and updates SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn – background is flexible Experience in customer service, call centre or coordination roles desirable BENEFITS $62k base loadings (double pay on Sundays, 15% early shift loading 6–7am) Fixed hours: Monday–Thursday in office, Sundays from home, 6am–2pm (Please note there is not flexibility on this schedule!) Two-week structured training and onboarding (9am–5pm, Mon–Fri) Work with a supportive leader who has been with the company for 7 years Career growth opportunities within a global organisation To be considered for this role you must have full working rights in Australia and be able to commit to the set shift schedule of Monday–Thursday and Sunday, 6:00am–2:00pm.
