We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused Warehouse Storeperson to join the team at our Casula branch. Hours of Work – Rotating fortnightly Split Shifts. Week 1: Start 5am to 1pm (40 minute lunch break) Week 2: Start 10am to 6pm (40 minute lunch break) Job Description To efficiently move goods within & outside warehouse environment. Ensure accurate documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation of products are adhered to. To be responsible for movement and storage of product. Ensure the warehouse & equipment is cleaned to standard on a daily basis. Ensure all procedures regarding inventory are maintained, be methodical in following OH&S procedures Responsibilities RMA Processing – Process RMA’s after inspecting stock to give customer credit Put stock neatly in racks RTS – Inspect returned stock on RTS’s Credit Claims – Prepare stock to be returned to suppliers once approved Adjustments – Adjust stock within WMS as required Cyclic Counts - When required do cyclic stock checks. Nil Stocks – Investigate nil stocked items within the warehouse Stocktake – Counts and preparation as required and requested Carry Out daily inspection of Plant & Equipment (Pickers & Forklifts, Harness inspection) using QR code Requirements Maintain valid licenses for FL (Forklift) and LO (Order picker) Adhere to OH&S practices regarding movement of equipment If you are interested in the above role please submit your application online
