Traineeship Opportunity - Indigenous Pathways Program Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD Duration: 2 years (leading to a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations) Positions Available: 2 We are excited to offer two traineeship opportunities as part of our Indigenous Pathways Program, hosted by our client at Acacia Ridge. These traineeships are designed to support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people to build a long-term career in the logistics and supply chain industry. About the Opportunity As a trainee, you will: Work alongside experienced team members in a hands-on environment. Gain practical skills across warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations. Complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations over the two-year program. Receive ongoing mentoring, training, and cultural support throughout your traineeship. To support your success, we partner with the Indigenous Defence & Infrastructure Consortium (IDIC) and Australian Training Works Group (ATW). IDIC provides culturally appropriate mentoring and guidance, ensuring you feel supported throughout your training and career journey. ATW delivers the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) component and works closely with you to build your skills, provide coaching, and help you complete your qualification. Together, IDIC and ATW ensure you receive both the practical training and personal support needed to succeed. Who We're Looking For This opportunity is open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people who are: Interested in starting a career in the supply chain and logistics industry. Motivated to learn new skills and complete formal training. Team players with a positive attitude and commitment to safety. No previous experience is required - you just need a willingness to learn and a commitment to completing the traineeship. Eligibility This is an Identified Position.
