What you’ll be doing… In this sought-after and part time role, no two days will be the same. You will be a trusted right-hand, ensuring the smooth running of executive priorities and key business activities. Your responsibilities will include: Meeting coordination and agenda preparation Travel bookings and management Execute expenses and invoices Fleet management Office management - i.e. collect post Administrative tasks Proactively anticipate needs and support required by the managing director Ad hoc tasks where required What you’ll bring… Minimum 5 years’ experience. A high level of initiative and the ability to anticipate and proactively support the need before and as they arise. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. You will understand the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
