Due to strong demand and ongoing growth, they are expanding the logistics team and are seeking an organised, detail-oriented professional to join us. About the Role As the Inventory & Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the operation. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams across the business. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Prepare and process invoices, liaising with accounts payable/receivable as required. Compile and distribute regular stock-on-hand and sales reports for management. Order stock and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages. Assist with monthly stocktakes and ongoing cycle counts. Coordinate and manage import and export permits. Manage purchase orders, delivery documentation, and supplier communications. Support compliance record-keeping in line with GMP regulations. Provide administrative support to operations, quality, and compliance teams. Skills & Experience Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or administration (experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment is highly regarded but not essential). Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting or ERP systems. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
