Your Role in Action: As Construction Superintendent, you’ll act as the independent link between principal and contractor - driving successful outcomes across a variety of projects, including: Subdivisions, roads, and drainage Earthworks and remediation Sporting facilities and large-scale infrastructure. Beyond managing contracts, you’ll: Lead projects end-to-end, often as Project Leader Mentor and support project teams, building capability across the business Champion WHS, quality, and compliance standards Build trusted client relationships that stand the test of time Apply your technical insight to influence design and delivery outcomes.
