The Senior Lawyer/Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal advice to the ICAC and ICAC staff in the discharge of statutory functions under the ICAC Act, including legal advice on complex investigations into potential improper conduct, collection of evidence, proposed recommendations and prevention and engagement activities. Selection will be made at the P2 or SP1 level depending on the experience/qualifications of the successful applicant.
