Barista Airbnb Housekeeping Role – Great Ocean Road – Apollo Bay, VIC Join our team on the beautiful Great Ocean Road! We’re on the lookout for a passionate specialty coffee barista with high standards and a flair for consistency. This is a mixed role combining café work with housekeeping, offering full-time hours and long-term stability in a seasonal seaside town. ☕ The Café Role – Icaro Café We’re proud to serve St ALi beans on our La Marzocco 3-group machine with Mazzer grinders. Our venue is fitted out to the highest standard, and we’re looking for someone who: -Can confidently dial in and maintain consistent extraction -Produces quality latte art every time -Understands the fast-paced nature of Melbourne-style coffee culture -Can handle volume—up to 10kg of coffee per day in summer *THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL BARISTA ROLE (at least one of the couple needs to be a skilled barista if two are applying) ✅ The Housekeeping Role – Otway Retreats During the quieter months, we’ll supplement café hours with shifts at Otway Retreats, our premium holiday rental management company.
