They are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts from pre-contract through to completion Prepare tenders and ensure all scope details are accurately captured Award and manage subcontract packages post-tender Administer contracts, variations, progress claims, purchase orders and cost reports Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting Assist in procurement and tendering processes Liaise closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and consultants Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Resolve contractual issues promptly and professionally What You’ll Need Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential, medium-density or commercial construction Strong exposure to pre-contract tender preparation and post-tender contract management Solid understanding of contract law, construction processes and financial control Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills Candidates with slightly less experience will be considered if they demonstrate the right attitude and capability What’s On Offer Join a well-established national builder-developer This position offers long-term growth potential for the right candidate, with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.
