Talent Focus Recruitment are seeking a driven and passionate Administration professional with experience in Customer Service for a permanent role with our client located in Archerfield. As a key member of their team, you'll be first point of contact for customers, suppliers and visitors. Provide administration support to staff including mail, couriers, stationary and back up to Despatch and Workshop coordinators. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties: Receive and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate staff member within the company Forward incoming telephone messages and answer general enquiries from the general public Meet and greet visitors to the company and direct them to the appropriate staff member Process both incoming and outgoing mail, and forward relevant mail to the appropriate staff member Arrange for couriers as and when required. Book taxis as and when required Organise and purchase stationary requests from staff members Report Typing, including recording minutes of toolbox meeting Data entry on Navision Process daily timesheets Create and process purchase orders for Workshop consumables and external services as directed by CSC Manager Assist with processing of transfer orders for service department including follow up of outstanding orders Manage branch petty cash records and reconciliations Assist with travel arrangements for workshop staff as directed by CSC Manager General office filing Assist CSC Manager with quote preparation - data input Assist with despatch of spare parts in store area and when required Any other task as directed by Manager Who we're seeking: Self-motivated and work well unsupervised. High level of enthusiasm, strong negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. High levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support. Good computer literacy skills Excellent attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
