This landmark BHP expansion includes a new primary crusher, 16km overland conveyor, radial stacker, and advanced stockpiling systems About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team for the BHP Western Ridge Crusher Project. In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor a dedicated trades crew, providing clear daily direction, guidance, and support to ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As a key member of our leadership team, you will: Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project milestones. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off Travel: Fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) from all Australian capital cities Benefits: You'll receive competitive pay and be part of a major BHP expansion project About You The successful candidate will demonstrate: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry. Relevant Electrical trade qualifications and certificates. Section 26 training is essential. Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
