Service Officer A03 $49.40 per hour Super Ipswich CBD Starting 15th September and 20th October, 2025 until June 2026 Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00 (rotating shifts) Our client, a major Qld Government Department is seeking multiple Service Officers to be part of their call centre located in Ipswich. About the role: Engaging with clients to provide a timely and supportive service to a high standard Executing proactive debt collection methods to support clients in meeting their obligations to commit to payment. Offering a high level of customer service by providing accurate and consistent information and/or education to clients. Effectively take appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts within the guidelines.
