The Opportunity: Drive business growth by building relationships, winning work, and expanding the company’s presence in NSW. Leverage existing clients in the urban development and subdivision space while also tapping into your own network. Shape and lead a Sydney team - starting with design delivery supported by New Zealand-based engineers, then building a local technical team around you. Be involved in tenders, proposals, client engagement, and broader business strategy. What we're looking for: 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in urban development and subdivision projects. Strong connections within the NSW development and contracting market. CPEng accreditation A proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality design outcomes for clients. A motivated and driven mindset, with a willingness to step into a role that goes beyond technical work - including elements of client interaction and strategic input. Experience leading projects and mentoring staff (formal leadership experience not essential, but desirable).
