About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. About the Role The Learning and Development Administrator will provide high-quality administrative, coordination, and content development support to enable the successful design and delivery of training initiatives. You will be responsible for: * creating engaging manuals, guides and e-learning modules that support user learning and change adoption * managing training logistics, calendars and technology needs * providing a timely response to support trainers and participants * maintaining records, monitoring progress and contributing to the enhancement of training processes and participant engagement This position is a 12 month fixed term position About You The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: * experience providing clear, courteous communication with the aid of accurate records and training documentation * experience planning and organising events and training sessions * proven attention to detail skills through the maintenance of accurate record keeping * strong collaboration skills, working effectively with others to deliver business outcomes * excellent customer focus skills, having demonstrated a strong user experience * ability to take responsibility and identify process improvements How to apply Click the ‘Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application: * resume * a short cover letter Other information CSV is the employer of staff at Courts Group.
