On the civil side they handle a broad range of projects including ground works earthworks as well as major roads, bridges, pipelines, bulk earthworks and the list goes on. This project is about to be awarded and will run for next 3 months in Central QLD. Work consists of earthworks, service relocation and pavements while dealing with live traffic and community relations. To be successful you must have 1 - 3 years experience of delivering projects with a civil contractor in similar conditions. While reporting directly into the Project Engineer, providing progress, financial and forecast reports across your area. While reporting to a project Engineer your role will include: • Contractual negotiations, Quality Assurance • Project Engineer training • Environment and Safety • Liaising with Foremen, site staff and sub contractors We are ideally looking for a Civil Engineer with 2 – 3 years post graduate experience in delivering medium sized civil projects in Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to gain commercial experience delivering complete projects on time and under budget, while being mentored by senior management.
