The Role We’re currently seeking a Contract Administrator to support our team on a short-term contract (up to 2 months). This role is ideal for someone with experience in the fit out/refurb space who’s available to jump in and make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and administer subcontracts and purchase orders Track project costs, variations, and claims Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and progress claims Ensure compliance with contractual and project documentation About You Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CA in commercial fit out or refurb Strong understanding of construction contracts and processes Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Cheops, or similar) preferred Apply Now If you're available immediately and looking for a short-term role with a supportive builder, we'd love to hear from you.
