We are currently delivering one of the Pilbara's most ambitious mining infrastructure developments on Nyiyaparli Country, 21km southwest of Newman. This landmark project includes a new primary crusher, a 16km overland conveyor, a radial stacker, and advanced stockpiling systems. About the Role We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team for the Western Crusher Project. You will lead and mentor a dedicated Trades Team, providing daily direction, guidance, and support to ensure project goals are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll play a crucial role in the project's success by embodying our core values: Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, Safety, and Mateship. We're seeking a leader who can not only monitor performance but also foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop your Trades Team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their work effectively. Performance and Productivity: Monitor, evaluate, and report on your team's performance, providing daily support and guidance to boost productivity and quality of work. Safety (SHEQ) Champion: Be a champion for safety by conducting pre-starts, toolboxes, and inspections. You'll ensure all team members understand and follow safe work procedures and that all SHEQ management systems are followed. About You The successful candidate will demonstrate: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry. Relevant Electrical trade qualifications and certificates. Section 26 training is essential. Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. BHP Induction is preferred but not mandatory.
