ABOUT THE ROLE This full-time, 15-month contract role is an integral part of the Surety Division, supporting a small, experienced team of managers and administrators. You’ll play a hands-on role in processing bond applications, liaising with clients and brokers, and managing general administrative functions that keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact area of the business and gain exposure to a niche area of insurance. DUTIES Communicate with key stakeholders including clients and brokers Process incoming bond applications Resolve client issues related to bond applications Prepare and send tax invoices for bond transactions Manage cancellation processes for surety and bank-fronted bonds Maintain accurate records in internal systems Provide general administrative support to the Surety team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2 years’ experience in an administrative role Strong interpersonal and communication skills High attention to detail and strong time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative mindset Experience in a financial institution is desirable BENEFITS Be part of a collaborative and professional team environment Gain exposure to the niche field of surety bonds CBD office location, close to public transport Join a company that values innovation, long-term relationships and doing the right thing Enjoy 1 WFH day (after the initial training induction) OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
