Building Services Multidisciplinary Consultancy is looking for a REGISTERED Associate Electrical Engineer to join their team permanently. $150k - $180k salary Client facing role Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer able to sign off on work Leadership role Building Services experience CBD - Melbourne Office 5 days full time in the office Excellent communication skills Residential, Industrial, Health, Retail, Education, Commercial, Aviation & Infrastructure. The Position: Employed as an Associate Electrical Engineer you will be using your experience and technical ability to bring in new business, complete engineering analysis and concept design of electrical services for new projects. Using your exceptional communication and presentation skills coupled with your technical expertise you will lead projects and guide project teams as well as present to clients and other project stakeholders. The Person: As the successful candidate you will have: A recognised Electrical Engineering degree or qualification Circa 8-10 years' experience working as an Electrical Engineer within a building services consulting environment. Extensive experience coordinating and leading teams of engineers / drafters on building projects. Solid understanding of local building codes and standards along with an existing network and knowledge of the local market. Proven experience in presenting to clients with business development skills and good commercial acumen. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to integrate well into an existing team. Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer that is able to sign off on work.
