Purpose of the Role The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its key customers, playing a critical role in building long-term relationships, delivering tailored packaging solutions, and driving account growth. This role can either been based within Sydney or Melbourne. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Sales & Business Development Product Knowledge & Consultation Order & Forecast Management Customer Service & Problem Solving Account Growth & Retention Reporting & Administration Internal Collaboration Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills Confident in cold calling and generating new leads Demonstrates leadership and professionalism Education, Experience & Requirements Formal sales training or equivalent experience in a B2B Key Account or Sales role Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors preferred. Regular overnight travel to VIC and occasional travel to QLD is required
