As a Program Administration Officer, you will be part of the Training Services Team at our college. This team is responsible for providing training progression and comprehensive administrative support to trainees, supervisors and committees involved in the RACP Basic and Advanced training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Our services include advising on program requirements, coordinating the Divisional Clinical Examination in Aotearoa New Zealand, delivering training support for both trainees and supervisors, and supervisor learning support. The Program Administration Officer is responsible for delivery of administrative services and support to assigned portfolio of training programs. This role is also responsible for support to enquiries, data management and reporting. This is a 4 day a week role and you will be required to be in office 2 days a week. Deliver operational and administrative support across teams for training events and programs. Maintain accurate electronic records—entering trainee applications and assessment data efficiently. Respond to member enquiries promptly and professionally, taking ownership to deliver solutions aligned with RACP policies. Collaborate closely with fellow team members and other College units to resolve complex training-related issues and provide expert guidance. Support continuous improvement efforts and adapt processes in response to evolving requirements and environments. Desired Skills and Experience In order to be successful in this role we are seeking the following level of skills and experience: Essential Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience. Experience in working in high volume data entry role Professional experience in an administrative role preferably in medical, other education/health programs or member-based organisation. Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, managing a range of complex tasks in a changing work environment while maintaining an attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels. Demonstrated experience in delivering professional client services, including high level written and verbal communication skills.
