Based just north of the river, this permanent role supports the delivery of a private education facility under a construct-only contract. You’ll play a key part in financial, contractual, and procurement functions while working with an experienced, delivery-focused team. Key Responsibilities: Manage all contract administration from award to close-out Prepare and process variations, claims, and procurement documentation Oversee cost tracking, reporting, and forecasts Ensure contract compliance and financial alignment across project lifecycle Work closely with PMs, site teams, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior CA in WA Strong knowledge of contract law, cost control, and commercial delivery Background in education builds or construct-only contracts is desirable High-level attention to detail and document management Full Australian working rights and Perth-based project experience What’s On Offer: $160K Super (commensurate with experience) Office-based role in the northern suburbs Supportive, well-structured builder with consistent project flow Long-term opportunity with real career stability Apply today.
