This dynamic engineering consultancy in Brisbane, specialising in food and beverage manufacturing projects, seeks an experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager for their expanding Brisbane team. They partner with major international manufacturers to deliver capital projects/site improvements. About the Role: Lead end-to-end project delivery for major capital projects valued up to $40 million across diverse food and beverage manufacturing environments. You'll apply best practice project management methodologies to deliver excellence in time, cost, and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Execute major capital projects from conception through commissioning Apply comprehensive project management methodologies across all project phases Maintain regular client liaison and deliver high customer satisfaction Implement robust Health & Safety management systems Ensure zero harm outcomes across all project activities Conduct contractor management audits and maintain safety compliance What You'll Bring Technical Qualifications: Electrical (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering degree, or trade equivalent Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Project Engineer/Project Manager Industry Expertise: 5 years of experience in FMCG/food and beverage manufacturing Project Management: Professional qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) welcomed Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams This permanent position will pay a salary of up to $160,000 - possibly higher.
