About The Role Spring Mountain State School is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and organised Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. This part-time role is offered at 53 hours per fortnight (0.73 FTE). It provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who values teamwork and is committed to supporting efficient financial and administrative operations within an educational setting. Desirable Skills Desirable but not mandatory skills and experiences are: * Previous experience working in Education Queensland facility * Previous experience working/using OneSchool (Finance module) * Strong organisational and time management skills * Strong communication skills * High level of attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * A commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct Your Responsibilities As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Supporting the Business Manager with accounts payable and receivable tasks * Assisting with additional school finance functions as required * Providing general administrative support to the front office team * Maintaining accurate financial records in line with EQ policies and procedures Please refer to the attached role description for the full list of responsibilities and mandatory requirements for this position.
