Reporting to the Executive Assistant - Client Services, this is a key support role requiring discretion, initiative, and strong organisational skills. Desirable Previous experience working within the health and/or community sector Be able to provide high-level confidential administrative support to the Directors. Ability to prioritise and determine workload priorities Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and work independently and unsupervised Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in an evolving organisation Display a strong team ethic and a willingness to provide and receive support where required Possess well developed communication and inter-personal skills Ability to manage diaries, travel, and meeting logistics Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Key selection criteria Relevant experience in providing high level support to a Senior Manager, preferably in a similar role in health, disability and/or community services industry Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while providing administrative support to the Directors Ability to work with broad supervision, and to identify priorities to meet competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional documents, correspondence, and summarise information. Ability to communicate with influence and work collaboratively to resolve complex issues Proven ability to build and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior executives, government, and community leaders.
