Your new role: As an Administration Services Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored training to Administration Services staff, ensuring adherence to Queensland Health policies and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of patient databases. Key responsibilities include: * Designing, preparing, and delivering effective training programs in various formats (classroom, one-on-one, rolling sessions) to new and existing staff. * Monitoring and evaluating training outcomes through competency testing and providing constructive feedback to trainees and management. * Identifying and resolving routine data discrepancies within patient medical records, providing education and escalating complex issues appropriately. * Collaborating with the Training Coordinator and attending relevant meetings to support continuous improvement of administrative processes.
