In this role you will be responsible for providing financial accounting and accounts payable support to internal and external stakeholders of CPA Australia. Responsibilities will include month-end and accounts payable processing, balance sheet reconciliations and audit support. The key outcomes for this role are the accurate and timely processing and maintenance of accounting records and accounts payable support.  Your key duties will include:  Prepare and process general ledger journals, including for international entities Manage month-end procedures and perform balance sheet reconciliations Complete bank reconciliations and oversee banking systems and payment gateways Provide audit support and carry out various ad-hoc finance tasks Process daily transactions including invoices and purchase orders in Exflow and D365 (Australia/NZ) Execute weekly payments across multiple jurisdictions (EFT, IMT, taxes, member refunds, etc.) Maintain purchase agreements and vendor records Respond to staff and supplier queries via shared inboxes and Teams Manage corporate credit card transactions and vendor onboarding  About You:  Qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping (or currently studying) 3â5 yearsâ experience in finance roles, with a focus on accounts payable and bank reconciliations Familiarity with Microsoft D365 is highly desirable Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities  Why We Love Working at CPA Australia  At CPA Australia, weâre proud of our vibrant, values-led culture.
