We’re partnering with multiple councils across Sydney to fill both front desk and phone-based customer service positions. These roles suit candidates who are confident communicators, organised, and passionate about helping their local community. What you may be doing? Acting as the first point of contact for resident and ratepayer enquiries Managing inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face service at council centres Assisting with enquiries relating to waste, permits, payments, bookings, and general council services Using internal systems to log requests and update customer records Escalating complex matters to internal teams while maintaining exceptional customer care Supporting general administrative tasks and ensuring accurate data entry What do you bring?
