Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs Diary management and scheduling appointments File management – opening, maintaining, and archiving legal files Liaising with clients, medical providers, and external stakeholders Assisting with preparation for court hearings and mediations General administrative duties, including billing and timesheet support About you: Atleast 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal/ Legal Secretary, preferably within Personal Injury (not essential) Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines; Strong attention to detail and ability to get things done; A professional and empathetic manner when dealing with clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems (ActionStep experience is a plus) ‘Can do’ collaborative approach with proven communication skills; Why Join Longton?
