Your key responsibilities: * Perform initial assessment of support requirements to determine priority and escalation requirements to ensure that timely responses to issues are provided. * Log all issues and requests in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliant tracking system and assist with workflow and closure of requests. * Complete accurate reports detailing volume and category of support requests or activities. Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities): * Ability to take high volumes of inbound enquiries via multiple pathways (phone, email etc) in a customer service or help desk environment. * Knowledge or understanding of payroll and rostering systems processes and procedures. * Interpersonal communication skills with all levels of staff in a large organisation, particularly including the capacity to summarise complex information and gather detailed information.
