Role: Sales Administrator Location: Gymea Job type: Permanent Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000 plus Super depending on experience An established and growing business operating in the power supply sector is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team in Gymea. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a business that supplies electrical components or equipment, particularly to utilities, contractors, or operators, and understands the flow of sales orders, purchase orders, and procurement processes. You’ll be working closely with a small, friendly team to keep things running smoothly across the sales cycle, from processing customer orders to coordinating deliveries and supporting key clients. Key Responsibilities Process customer sales orders and generate invoices with accuracy and attention to detail Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery Support logistics and inventory tracking, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed Resolve delivery or shipment issues quickly, ensuring a strong customer experience Assist with general administrative duties including document preparation, filing, and internal coordination About You Background in sales support, procurement, or admin within a supplier of electrical equipment or components or similar Experience handling purchase and sales orders in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while working independently Great communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach Exposure to inventory or order management systems is a plus If you are a Sales Administrator or have procurement experience with interest in this role, then please apply and we will be in touch.
