This role involves early morning deliveries supporting emergency service sites across multiple locations. Starting and ending each day at the Bayswater depot, the position requires punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to the full duration of the assignment. Duties include loading and unloading goods, manual handling of items up to 23kg, using trolleys, and collecting and reconciling paperwork. While a forklift license is not required, it is beneficial. Description Work Hours (not negotiable and cannot be late) Mon - Thurs 5am - 1:00pm Friday 5am - 9:30/10am Delivery truck is branded with logo and as a community service their conduct away from the workshop and on the road / street behaviour, road courtesy etc must be beyond reproach Must commit to the entire assignments duration Must be fully vaccinated 2 shots Booster Start at Bayswater finish the day back after all the necessary deliveries are made and/or brought back to Bayswater First run will be with a colleague to show them the run Pickup and delivery across FRV depots typically- Bayswater/ Huntingdale/ Sunshine / Craigieburn /Burnley / West Melbourne (maybe on the odd occasion to Ballarat) Check off and reconcile goods Trolley usage Lifting 22-23kgs max Forklift license NOT compulsory but helpful if they do Load the truck unload the truck Return stock/deliveries to Bayswater Access key to Bayswater is provided for 5am start No real data entry but collecting and collating paperwork no at all sites (will be advised when and where) Return associated paperwork back to Bayswater for collation Profile The successful candidate will represent a professional service provider and must maintain a high standard of conduct on the road and at all delivery sites. Candidate must have for the role: Strong reliability and punctuality , especially for early morning starts Good physical fitness for manual handling and lifting up to 23kg Safe and courteous driving skills , representing the organization professionally Basic logistical and organisational skills to manage multiple delivery locations Attention to detail for checking off goods and collating paperwork Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision Valid Medium Rigid Licecne and exeperince.
