Role Requirements: Strong understanding of construction drawings, scopes, and site conditions Minimum 3 years experience in a contract administration role within the fit-out or construction industry. Excellent communication skills, including confident negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers Knowledge of commercial contract standards and procurement processes Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans, designs, and schematics.
