Service Administrator Service Advisor Maintenance Administrator Location: Nowergup, WA Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 p/a Super Permanent, Full Time Position Working Hours: 6am - 2:30pm Are you a self-motivated Administrator with a background in Service or Maintenance, looking for a new challenge? About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Administrator, having worked in either a Service or Maintenance environment, ideally in Engineering, Automotive, Mining or Equipment, that can demonstrate strong data entry skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships. The role will see you take responsibility for data entry associated with the rail assets and equipment. You will receive reports from operators and users of the assets, have to interpret the language / reports provided, and upload these as Work Orders, into the system, for the maintenance teams to action. You will be required to build strong internal relationships with multiple stakeholders to support the management and resolution of issues raised. Key Responsibilities: Asset Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse Maximo system data to monitor maintenance cycles, generate system and condition reports, and support business improvement through accurate asset data. Maintenance & Project Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing maintenance, overhaul, and asset management projects—including work order creation, lifecycle planning, and coordination with contractors. System Integrity & Process Improvement: Identify and address issues in maintenance and project records, validate data accuracy in Maximo, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical asset records, manage tool calibration schedules, and assist in data clean-up using SharePoint and Maximo systems. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety policies, perform risk assessments, report incidents, and ensure proper use of PPE and safe tools and equipment. Quality Assurance: Complete quality checks, report issues, and comply with all relevant work instructions and procedures. What You’ll Need: ERP Systems Experience: SAP or similar system experience would be highly regarded. The business uses a Maximo system. Previous Maximo experience is not essential. Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build strong internal relationships and bonds. Attention to Detail and Record-Keeping – Skilled in maintaining accurate records, updating asset management systems, and preparing reports and job packs. Location: Ideally, you will be between both Nowergup and Bellevue and be in an easy to commutable distance for both. Why Join?
