Contract Administrator – 6-Month Contract (View to Extend) Contract: 6 Months (Strong potential for extension) Sector: Commercial & Education Refurbishment Projects About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on an exciting 6-month contract , with a strong likelihood of extension . This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of refurbishment projects across commercial and/or education sectors . Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will play a key role in the smooth financial and contractual administration of multiple ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and administer subcontracts and supplier agreements Manage progress claims, variations, RFIs and EOTs Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with project terms Support procurement activities and cost tracking Liaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project targets are met Assist with project reporting and forecasting What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in refurbishment projects Background in commercial and/or education sector projects is essential Strong understanding of construction contracts and project cost control Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
