Training Administrator Roster: Monday to Friday Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time About the role As our Training Administrator, you will coordinate scheduling for public and closed courses, manage trainer allocation and course materials, maintain training records in PowerPro and Cloud Assess, and ensure accurate processing of course paperwork. You’ll also monitor course requests, maintain databases, archive documents, and provide vital administrative support across the organisation. Skills & experience Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with excellent time management. High attention to detail and analytical ability. Experience with student management systems, preferably PowerPro RTO and Cloud Assess, plus relevant RTO qualifications or experience. Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, and excellent written and verbal communication. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE10/16) or relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable) Minimum 2 years’ RTO experience with strong knowledge of funding models, compliance, and the Standards for RTOs 201 (desirable) Duties & responsibilities Coordinate training courses, manage scheduling, and book external venues as needed. Assist with student enrolments, inductions, and monitor student progress. Provide excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, and online platforms. Perform general administrative tasks and manage multiple email inboxes. Review and issue Certificates, Qualifications, and Statements of Attainment. Generate quotes, process invoicing, and assist with traineeship administration and reporting. Ensure compliance with RTO policies and perform other duties as required.
