We’re now seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our store operations and team. About the Role As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service station and convenience store operations. You will lead a team, manage inventory, ensure compliance with workplace regulations, and drive business performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and staff rostering Monitor staff performance, provide on-the-job training, and ensure high service standards Allocate human resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently to meet operational demands Coordinate staff activities including hiring, onboarding, payroll processing, and performance management Liaise with suppliers, franchise representatives, and external service providers to ensure smooth operation Maintain store records, prepare basic reports, and manage accounts relating to daily trade Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and BP brand standards Set store priorities and assist in planning for growth and continuous improvement About You: Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in fuel/convenience or fast-paced environments Strong leadership and organisational skills Knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and retail reporting Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively Must be available to work full-time, including weekends or public holidays if required Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to manage key retail locations with growth potential Supportive ownership and team environment Long-term career opportunity in a trusted brand
