Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their friendly, close-knit team in Alexandria . What You’ll Be Doing As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Providing expert advice and helping customers choose the right products Processing orders and coordinating dispatch with the warehouse team Assisting walk-in customers at the showroom Liaising with dealers for returns, credits, and product information Generating daily invoices and managing sales order administration Following up on outstanding orders and maintaining accurate records What You Bring 1–2 years' experience in a customer service, administration, or call centre role Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and order processing Ready to take the next step in your customer service career?
