You will work local and sell across print, digital and social channels. Active Networks serves Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches community across a number of digital assets including business directory, deals site, Facebook Groups and E-newsletters. We have a graphic design and print arm to the business enabling us to offer our clients a menu of marketing products. Our team of 12 is based in the modern Lifestyle Working Office building adjacent to Warringah Mall in Brookvale. ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across print & digital platforms. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and design teams to create compelling media packages. Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on KPIs. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep our offerings competitive and innovative. ABOUT YOU The successful in this role, you will ideally possess: 3 years of experience in media sales, preferably in magazine or publishing. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A creative mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
